A refreshing appetizer that will be gobbled up
Ingredients

1 LB Shrimp, peeled and deveined (I use 25-30 count large frozen shrimps thawed)
cut into bite size pieces
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 shakes of hot sauce (Optional)
3 avocados, diced
1/2 seeded cucumber, diced
2 small tomatoes seeded and diced
1 red small onion, finely diced
1/4 bunch Cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic , diced fine
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
My twist (Any brand of refrigerated natural fresh salsa, mix in ½ cup, medium or spicy)
Serve with Tortilla chips

Instructions

1) Prepare all as mentioned in ingredients.

2) In a large mixing bowl that you will serve in, mix all ingredient’s together.

3) Chill for several hours

Serve with chips of your choice
