Are you looking for a no bake “OUT OF THE BOX CHEESECAKE" this will throw your guests off their chairs….you’ve got to make this recipe!!
Ingredients

2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (I use the pre-made boxed crumbs)
1/2 c. sugar
¾ teaspoon cinnamon (this is my twist)
2/3 c. melted butter
1 lb. marshmallows
3/4 c. milk (use whole)
2 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
2 cups whipped cream, whipped until stiff picks

Instructions

1. Blend graham crackers crumbs, sugar cinnamon and butter with a fork

2. Press into 9 x 13 pan

3. Leave out ¾ cups for the top of the cake

4. Melt marshmallows with milk in a double boiler on mid-low, mix often

5. Pour marshmallow mixture into large bowl with cream cheese, beet until smooth like a custard

6. Whip the cream in a chilled medium size bowl that you placed in the freezer until stiff picks form, fold into cream cheese mixture.

7. Pour cream cheese mixture in the 9 x 13 pan, top with remaining crumbs

8. Chill at least 8 hours or overnight
