The Perfect Easy to Make Appetizer
Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese (I use half Colby and cheddar)
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
1 small sweet or spanish onion finally chopped
8-10 mushrooms finally chopped (optional, my twist for this recipe)

Instructions

Use a 9×13 glass pyrex, pour melted butter and distribute well.

1) Drain spinach very well until dry

2) Add all remaining ingredients into a medium size bowl.

3)mix well and pour into buttered pyrex.

2) Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until brown and bubbly.

3) Cool and cut into bars.
